My bio isAnne T. Roberts B.Sc. (Hons.), Certified Coach, Licenced Leadership Facilitator
Anne is President of Leadership Within Inc., a Management Consulting company. Anne and her colleagues support their clients in developing practical strategies and in aligning leadership and processes to mobilize people to execute those strategies. Their passion combined with a whole system approach to change, offers customized client solutions that build leadership and change capacity, capability and resilience in client organizations. Leaders are supported as they tap into their own creativity, drive and energy to deliver results in their organizations.
Prior to creating Leadership Within, Anne was a Managing Director in a Canadian Leadership Institute and had her own independent consulting practice. In the course of her career she has lead HR in a privately held Canadian manufacturing firm redefining the role of HR to support the business growth strategy. She was also a line executive responsible for a variety of marketing programs in a multi-million dollar not-for-profit organization where she lead her team to increase net revenues year over year.

Peter Lawton B.Comm. (Hons.), M.Sc., CMC
Peter is the President and CEO of ImPAct Consultants. He has built his consulting career over more than 15 years of extensive, senior management experience with large consulting companies in Europe and North America. His many projects have included strategy development, system implementation, merger integration, corporate transformation and large-scale change management, individual and executive team leadership coaching.
Working at a senior level with Mercer Consulting, Coopers and Lybrand Consulting, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, PWC and most recently with IBM, he has held challenging leadership roles in the areas of quality management, process redesign, organization design and transformation, leadership development, organizational culture change, change management, and executive coaching. With IBM’s Global Business Services, he was the global leader for IBM’s On Demand Organizational Change program.
Peter is in the process of ‘restorating’ an old limestome farmhouse outside Kingston where he enjoys using his collection of antique copper and Spode cookware.
